- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the customized features and services the client needs. However, we work hard to make our solutions very affordable for any small business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk to new customers to see what their current payroll processes are and determine any pain points or problems that exist. After that conversation we work to develop a customized plan on the best way use our systems and payroll services to make things easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 15 years of HR and payroll experience processing payroll for companies with 1 to more than 1600 employees in every state across the US. I am also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Project Manager (PMP).
