Kevin Johnson, owner of KJ Creative Marketing, is a true professional in every sense of the word. My business has been working with Kevin over the last 15 years ---from the time we came up with the idea for our business ---- through the development of our brand, logo, office decor, Web marketing, and patient communication strategy--- until today. Our children's dentist office has grown from 0 patients to over 10,000 active patients today, and much of the credit goes to Keven! Kevin treats our business as if it was his own. He is a great listener as I tell him what I want the end result to be. He then goes to work to find the perfect solution to achieve those results. There is no "cookie cutter" approach with Kevin. He has customized our solutions to meet our specific needs--- and he has done it within a budget where I know I have received the "biggest bang for the buck." At this point, Kevin is part of our team! He knows my business about as well as I do. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically based on an hourly rate for work, plus paint and supplies, plus any equipment that may need to be rented to complete the job. This is all included in the project estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet to discuss your idea for the project and come up with a conceptual drawing. If we agree to work together, I will refine the concept for approval and provide an estimate. A 50% deposit is due prior to starting the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in Marketing... but I've been an artist much longer.
