The first time I spoke with Jose on the phone, I knew I was going to hire him to help me move. Why? Because he was so nice and I could tell that he really cares about his business, his employees, and most importantly, his customers. I also appreciated how he took the time to call me and communicate with me via Thumbtack answering any questions I had and making sure everything was to be as planned. Moving day came and they were right on time with all supplies needed, an a clean truck, even extra tape that I needed to use. They were prepared. These guys-Jose, Elias, Tallon, & Kobe were top notch. They carried so many heavy boxes upstairs, along with furniture and I don’t think I ever saw any of them take a break. They were working nonstop. It took them a little over five hours and I don’t know how it could’ve been shorter. They kicked butt. And even though there was so much stuff to move and it was such a long day, they took their time to wrap all pertinent furniture and belongings, and made sure not to mess anything up, including each home (walls, doorways, etc)This is the first time I’ve hired movers that haven’t messed up something. That’s huge. I appreciated that they were all in a good mood and had a good sense of humor and a lot positivity on such a stressful day for me. That alone makes a huge difference when moving. Jose is a master organizer when it comes to supervising and organizing everything in the truck,. So, not only is he nice and cares about his customers and their belongings, he’s also really good at figuring out where furniture should go. I found myself asking him a few times where a piece of furniture would look best and I was so surprised by his vision. Highly recommend and will definitely rehire when needed!
