I needed a drywall install in my garage and Miguel was able to get an extremely quick turnaround time and work with my schedule for having other contractors. The job was excellent and he cleaned up the area completely before wrapping up. Highly recommended him and his team.

I highly recommend Sanchez remolding. They are efficient and do excellent work. The response to my request was within hours. They painted several rooms in my house. Excellent work. I would use them again!!!

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience. I retired from the home improvement industry and had the opportunity to work with the two largest Big Box stores in the country. I’ve had experience with the best and worst of independent contractors throughout my years . That being said…. This is why I chose Sanchez remodeling. Like many homeowners, I wanted three different companies to quote the job. The first company gave me a ridiculous high price to remove popcorn from my ceiling and do a flat finish. The second company walked into my home looked at the my ceilings and said they would send me a quote. They never took the first measurement so I wrote them off and never heard back from them. Then I read the reviews on Sanchez remodeling. My first reaction was skepticism at the large number of positive reviews. So, I took my chances and reached out to Miguel Sanchez. He was very responsive. We set an initial appointment and much to my surprise he actually arrived on time. This says a lot about a company. Not only did he take lots of measurements, but pointed out some things that none of the others mentioned regarding my split level home. He got me a quote that day and I agreed to have him start on June 10th. He and his crew, which consisted of his father and uncle, showed up on time and started the process. They worked the entire week. Not only did they mask off my ceiling but all my furniture and fixtures. They cleaned up every day and at the finish they did a thorough wipe down of all the sheet rock dust. I’ve worked with many different contractors over the years but I’ve never had this positive an experience. The level of professionalism and pride of work that this family business exhibits is a rare thing these days. I would highly recommend Sanchez remodeling to anyone that needs this type of service.
