JDI is definitely the best cleaners I’ve ever used. They are very down to earth, friendly, easy to work with and very affordable. I have had nothing short of great things to say about them. I was a little hesitant at first after using my previous cleaner for 5 years. Erin and her team left me speechless. They clean swiftly and are very detailed oriented. She made sure to ask me throughout the cleaning if services performed were up to my standards. Needless to say I’ve been using JDI now for 6 months and they have become like family to me. They work with you on weekly payments. I even had difficulties paying due to an accident and her team still accommodated me with no scheduled cleanings missed. Book them you won’t be disappointed

It was good for a basic clean. Not good for a move out deep clean which we paid a premium for. Missed the fridge, mirrors, bathroom sinks and other areas that a deep clean needs to be detailed about. They were done after two hours and it was my fault for not checking; I’ve moved several times and every deep clean has taken at least twice at long. We ended up doing everything ourselves and are still needing to dust and clean the windows. I wasn’t going to say anything but not texting me back or even offering to come back is the dealbreaker for me.
