- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest guy in town but, I am not trying to be either. I believe in honesty and integrity and that you always get what you pay for with me! I try to stay competitive with my prices and give people the security of knowing they received professional services and can count on being able to contact me for any future services or concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to establish a professional experience that a new customer can trust and count on every time we work together.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a gutter company and learned the trade for myself and then people would ask for me to do side jobs which led to me doing it full time for myself.
