I had a really good experience with WDH Solutions. Mr. Ken arrived on time and was helpful with fixing our faucet and answering a couple of other questions about our house. I was slightly disappointed with the final cost. I felt there was a lack of transparency in the fee schedule and pricing. I was surprised by the bill, specifically the cost of the item purchased at Lowes. I felt I was potentially double charged for materials and the travel time Mr. Ken took to go to Lowes. It was unclear if I was paying for his travel time in general labor cost ($85/hour) or if that was included in the item he bought at Lowes. I did not receive a receipt for the item(s) purchased at Lowes. It also appeared that I was charged for asking 3 additional questions about my house. These questions did not require any work to be done by Mr. Ken. The job itself only took about 40 minutes including his trip to Lowes, but I paid for 1.25 hours of labor (as he was at my house that long) + the product cost at Lowes. Again great work and Mr. Ken was kind, there was just lack of clarity on some of the cost.
