They did a Great job. I have an older unit that really hasn't given me problems. The unit went out on one of the hottest days of the year. I requested an appt for the next day and they responded promptly. On day of appt the were there on tome and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I don't usually give five stars but Paradise was simply like their name after how quickly they responded and Jonathan came out and repaired my unit. He actually did something that a lot of service providers do not do anymore and that was when he shook my hand. Back in the day, a man's handshake went a long way and it still does to me, so thank you for your professional service and value. Your company is now my go to company when it comes to HVAC service.

Jonathan and his team were top notch. They went above and beyond to ensure our home was well insulated and everything was working properly with our system. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They found what was wrong quickly and had a part on the truck. He did not try to up sell me on anything not needed. Very honest and had everything needed on the truck. I will use them again and trust them completely!
