I hired paradise heating and cooling to install a mini split unit in my converted garage. I was worried about hiring someone for such an important job on thumbtack, but Paradise heating and cooling provided excellent service. They provided prompt communication, walked me through the process, and gave me an excellent price. No surprises and they finished in a few hrs. Looks perfect and works perfectly.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They found what was wrong quickly and had a part on the truck. He did not try to up sell me on anything not needed. Very honest and had everything needed on the truck. I will use them again and trust them completely!

They did a Great job. I have an older unit that really hasn't given me problems. The unit went out on one of the hottest days of the year. I requested an appt for the next day and they responded promptly. On day of appt the were there on tome and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
