My experience with plus one heating was the best. Being that I’m new to the city and I’ve never leased a home . Our Ac unit went out and i couldn’t get a response from the property manager. I searched on thumbtack for a company. Their team responded within 15mins and sent out a great, respectful and knowledgeable team member who was able to not only diagnose the issue but fix it within a hour. Loved how helpful their team was. I know nothing about heating and air and I really appreciated them breaking things down to a level that I could understand. Being a stay at home mom I also like that they send out photos of who is coming to your house prior so you know exactly who to look for, I haven’t seen any other company do that. 10/10.

The technician was very professional and competent. Repairs made to my HVAC worked at the moment. Went out of town the following week to return to non-functioning HVAC unit. Stay tuned for follow up.
