My last apartment manager was threatening to charge me $1200 to rip and the carpet and put new in because of stains they said were "Unfixable". I asked for a cleaner and John replied almost immediately with a very affordable price and was willing to show up the very next day. He even was willing to add my tile kitchen for only $15 more. Needless to say I no longer am being threatened to pay $1200 to recarpet the apartment and will be calling John to come give me an estimate for the wood floors on my new house next !

We had our hardwood floors deep cleaned and a shiny top coat added. He was on time and very friendly and professional. Did a good job. After the floor completely dried we discovered a couple of spots that were missed. We recontacted Mr. Rowe. Without hesitation he returned and fixed the spots. Would recommend his services

He walked in with a smile and easy going. Evaluated our cleaning for upholstered furniture and began working after bringing in a big machine to clean the sofa and chairs. He was very fair priced and kind. He got the job done although I miscalculated how long to clean 4 chairs and bottom along sofa- took over 2 hours. He got the job done and clean! No complaints. Well worth the time and money!
