- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic pricing does not reflect additional costs for unusual times, travel distance, amount of equipment needed, etc. My basic prices are available on Thumbtack as well as my website, and you can call me to discuss personalizing your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free 30 minute Zoom consultation to talk about event intent and clarify details, like special music requests, venue, equipment and space needed, prices, etc. If we proceed, I require a deposit to secure the date; the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. I provide a digital contract. I may request a site visit to clarify details. I arrive early on the event date to perform set up and sound check. I don't drink on the job. I thoroughly clean up after performance.
