- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free event consultation, by phone or Zoom, about the mood and music, attire, and any other specifics you want. I have a large music repertoire; you can choose songs or I'll create an appropriate set list for you. I provide professional service and quality sound system and instruments. Minimal charges for events with up to 50 people: 1 hour: $225, 2 hours: $325, 3 hours: $375. Additional charges may be incurred for additional equipment needed for outside venues, larger groups, working up new music, travel > 30 miles (usually $0.50/mile). What you can expect: On the day of your party, I'll arrive an hour early to set-up and test the sound system. For performances lasting > 2 hours, I may take a 10 minute break and play appropriate streamed music. I will leave the performance area clean. What I need: usually a performance space of at least 6 x 8' and a dedicated, grounded 110V electrical receptacle. If the event is outside, suitable covering and/or contingency plans for inclement weather will be agreed upon. Unless otherwise stated, 25% Deposit is due upon contract agreement; the remaining balance is due before 2 days prior to the event.
