Our Samsung dishwasher went out. All Pro responded immediately to our request. He came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, he ordered the part, and he returned to repaired our dishwasher when the part came in. I will call him in the future for any of appliance issues we have.

Patrick responded on Sunday after power outage damaged refrigerator. Came on Monday, diagnosed problem, and ordered parts. It was during a holiday week. Returned and repaired fridge with professionalism. I would recommend, and use his services again.
