- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Daily travel fee of $150+, non-refundable outside of Auburn/Opelika. Hourly rate is $200+ 48 hour notice required for 50% refund. Rescheduling is always an option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connect with the client. Discuss troubled areas and overall goals. I love being able to see pictures of their current spaces to help assist me in knowing how long the job could take. Each client is unique and therefore, depending on their personal ability to work alongside me deciding which items to keep, donate/purge, or trash affects the longevity of the sessions. I love to take before and after pictures to post for future clients. I absolutely LOVE being able to help clients break free from their paralysis state within their home to come home and breath with peace.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say, find someone who has your best interest at heart. For me, the biggest reward is watching the relief of heavy weights being lifted off my clients as we work through their spaces. I have seen clients brought to tears because of how long they have carried the weight of disorder in their homes. No one wants to come to a place where chaos overwhelms them. Home should be your place to invite people in and be joyful with what you have been blessed with. Having a pro come alongside you and usher you into that freedom is what you should mostly seek after. It is my honor to walk with people to bring that sort of freedom, comfort, peace and restoring joy and order.
