As far as the mowing and weed eating went, he did a fine job for us. I did ask him to remove the weeds growing on our chain link fence, and that was not done. I don't know if he couldn't do it or what happened, but it wasn't done. The main issue I had with the service was his tardiness. He was due to start our work at 10:00 a.m. At 10:02 a.m., I messaged him and asked where he was. He told me he was getting fuel at that time and then was headed our way. He did not arrive at our home until 10:40 a.m. I am very punctual and, according to his reviews, he is too, but not for our job. He didn't give any reason for being so late. I expected him to say something about being late to our home, but nothing was said. I rated him 4 stars because of the tardiness alone.

Trevor did an excellent job cutting the grass, edging, weed eating, trimming the bushes. He even picked up the trash in front of my house. He was quick to respond to my request, they arrived early ready to work, and they finished up promptly. He took some pictures & texted it to me while I was out of town.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical yard pricing is $50-$60. This includes cutting, weedeating, edging all walkways and driveways and blowing everything off. Price is subject to change depending upon the size of the yard. Shrub trimming is priced per hour, mulching beds is priced per hour and cost of mulch. Other jobs are priced by the job and it's no charge for us to come out and look at what you have so we may give you an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go out and meet my new customers before I start their work to see what I can do for them and if they have any special requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned my company for 13 years. I have worked with other lawn care businesses in the past and landscaping nurseries.
