- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible and will consider all your specific needs. I really care about my customers and feel responsible for making their life easier. I respect them and feel very blessed that they trust me to be in their homes. I always make sure they feel comfortable with me and that I am someone they can rely on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m fairly simple and straightforward with my customers. I just ask them what they need and how often. We figure out what price works, get them scheduled and I usually clean the same day we meet. Some people like to meet me prior to coming to clean. I leave that up to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in the military taught me a lot to pay attention to detail, to work hard and there was a great deal of cleaning and physical labor involved in all my duties. I also learned to be on time, and manage my time. I have a bachelor degree in psychology, which taught me to be a good communicator and understand people. People have always been my passion. I’m also a mother and was a homemaker for almost 20 years so I have handle the management of my own home and 4 children which gave me a great deal of experience.
