We are a fitness equipment service company that has been in business for over 20 years. We service and assemble all types of retail and commercial treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, strength training machines, rowers, and steppers. We also do yearly maintenance checks on fitness equipment so that your equipment can running properly when in use. We strive to provide reliable service and great customer service.

My experience was excellent. One time and professional. The cost to repair was more than what I wanted to invest in an older treadmill, but the company will pick up the treadmill to utilize for parts.

The representative came to my home on 10/28/24, spent less than 10 min. assessing the problem with my Ellipse machine and promised I would be called the next day regarding how long it would take to get a replacement part or possibly a replacement machine. I paid the $95 service fee.
After waiting several days for a call, I finally called them
and was told they were unable to locate a replacement part
and no further action was planned. So I completely wasted my time and the service fee. I feel like I was scammed because I paid the $95 for a service call that took not quite 10 minutes and I received no service at all. I think Fitness Solutions or maybe Thumbtack should refund my money.

The $95 that was paid to us, Fitness Solutions to have our tech come out and diagnose the issue with your Legxercise. At the time of the technician's visit to service the unit, he had no idea of parts were not available. Once the technician sends notes to our office and we review each situation, we go above and beyond to provide the best service possible for our customer and search all of our resources to locate parts. Unfortunately, the Legxercise only has the remote and plug available for replacement. We are sorry that we were unable to complete the repair. We did give a suggestion to go back through the manufacturer or where you purchased the unit to get a resolution since parts are not available. We work to go above and beyond for every customer we service.
