Chayla tackled a tough cleaning job for me, and she went above and beyond with it! She did a great job with the cleaning I needed, and she hauled off a bunch of stuff I needed to dispose of. I would hire her again in a second!

3 Bedroom 3 Bath 2000sf Home. The appointment started off with Ashley's Custom Cleaning showing up before the agreed start time which was impressive considering the difficult morning traffic leading to my home off hwy 280 in Birmingham. I spent a few minutes explaining what I needed accomplished which was a deep clean along with help getting each room organized. It was clear that Chayla was already two steps ahead of my words as she made notes. Great communicator. Superb listener. When I returned later that day I found an extremely clean home, down to even the small areas where dust usually hides. Surprisingly she had organized each room even beyond my expectations. I don't have enough room here to describe all that she did that seems to me to be above and beyond but I do hope this helps others that are genuinely looking for someone that will work hard in a professional manner and do more than you expected.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My first initial clean is $240. this is based in a 6-7 room house (3 bed 1-2 baths kitchen dining room and living room. $25 for each additional room. that also includes 1 time only deep clean. a recurring clean will have a lower price depending on the home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the client personally a little bit, then determine the specifics of what they want done and expect. Preferences on supplies they want us to use. We want to provide nothing but the best for our customers.
