Mr Handyman Jim has been a God sent. My house was destroyed by tenants and Mr. Jim came in and repaired inside and out. He is a one Man wonder in repairing any and everything in a house. I thank God for him.

Look no further - Jim’s your handyman. We feel fortunate to have found him. No job is too small or too big. Jim has remodeled our master bathroom, remodeled our kitchen, hung de-icer cables on our roof, made multiple trips to the dump, painted some of the interior of our home, and so much more. We have been pleasantly pleased with the quality of his work and attention to detail.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is based on hourly with 2hr. min. at $75.00hr the hourly is based on following type of jobs that can be started & completed within a one day or 8hr. period. For any of service/repairs/removal/replacing/small installations projects. Larger projects that will require more than one day to complete . I will need to survey the job requested as soon as are you available to meet on job site location/job address. Once job survey is completed. Your job quote will be completed next day. Larger job quotes are require a job start deposit & the remainder balance will due upon completion date.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers that I have encounter have been taking advantge from past handyman contractors. So honesty, quality, manors, Clean & organized job site during job & when completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30yrs of contracting construction.
