Walk in. Dance out. We are thrilled to have been teaching Anchorage to dance for over 40 years! Our goal is to use our expertise and love of dance to show you how simple and fun it is to learn how to dance. We teach a wide variety of partnership dances: swing, salsa, foxtrot, waltz, tango, cha cha, rumba, country western two step, night club two step, hustle, west coast swing, and polka to name a few. If you walk in, we promise we will have you dancing out with a smile on your face knowing you came to the place where we cared about you and what you wanted. In fact, we offer a guarantee that ensures that you will be happy you chose to dance with us. We are currently offering a New Student Special (2 lessons for $65) for those of you who are new to dance or new to our studio. Be sure to ask about it when you call the studio.

Hubby and I have been in dance class off and on for two years now! Cheryl and Rich are some of the sweetest people we have met here in Anchorage! Dance lessons are very professional and technical once you make it past beginner level. Cheryl is a very patient instructor and is dedicated to making you the best dancer that you can be! We love spending our date nights here learning to dance together!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently are offering a Newcomers Special to all new students (new to partnership dancing or new to our studio) which consists of two lessons. Regular cost for this Dance Sampler Package is $142; the Special is being offered at $65.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are certified through the Fred Astaire Dance Studio's rigorous testing and certification process. Each instructor must be able to dance, demonstrate with intricate detail each part of a pattern, and answer technical questions presented by National Examiners in order to attain their certifications. In addition, our instructors have received years of coaching from professionals in all styles of dance. Finally, our instructors each have had over 15-plus years (some with over 25 years) of teaching experience. Thus, you can be assured that you will get the highest quality of teaching and care possible while having fun as you progress on your dance journey.
