Introduction

I work as an independent sole contractor. Meaning, I do not have the additional overhead costs of administration, marketing and a sales force. The end result is that for the same work medium-to-large size restoration companies can provide, I provide the same (and almost always better) for a greatly reduced price. My greatest joy is in seeing people's needs served well beyond their expectations. The look on someone's face when a project is done well, on time and as close to budget is amazing. While it's not a payment, it's sometimes just as valuable to me.

I recently hired Zerman Restoration to complete a job on my mother's house outside of St. Louis. Although I live in the Chicagoland area, Zerman Restoration was a great solution to our problem. Her roof and siding was damaged due to a storm, and we needed to find a company willing to work with us. Zerman Restoration was nothing short of professional throughout the entire process. Mr. Zerman was in constant contact with our family, and took care of everything we needed. My mother said that he was "a gentlemen" and that everything was completed very promptly. The company worked with her insurance to fulfill anything that needed to be completed. If we ever need any sort of work done again I will definitely call Zerman Restoration. I highly recommend the company to anyone who needs a job well done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work closely with my suppliers and manufactures of the products I sell and represent. at least once a quarter I am receiving product and construction training from my partners and suppliers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My time volunteering with Habitat For Humanity impacted me most. The difference I was part of in making peoples lives better carried over to what I do today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Roofing replacement, siding replacement and new gutter replacement/installation.
