Yusnier is absolutely the best. His work is perfection, he always comes when scheduled, his pricing is amazingly reasonable, and he takes great pride in his craft. We could not be happier. He is honest, delightful to have around, and cleans up everything each day. He drywalled our garage, provided new ceiling and storage space, installed a wall air conditioning unit and lighting. Everything was done in a completely professional way with care given to each detail. Yusnier and his lovely wife Vanessa have become like family to us. You cannot go wrong hiring him...he can do anything and everything and do it well. Would give him ten stars if I could! My review is not marked verified because my husband use my Thumbtack account to review Yusnier, but I am a verified Thumbtack member. Do not hesitate to hire him!

We hired Yusnier to fix our fence, which had many wood parts that were moldy or falling apart, and we also needed a new gate for this fence. He did an excellent job overall. He was detail Oriented, and mindful of our wants and the budget we had for this project. We would definitely hire him again.

Did an excellent job with the work done from plastering to installing cabinets, painting, fix doors in the organization and change the locks if they are bad, carry out carpentry works by fixing furniture, repair electrical gadgets, repair plumbing appliances, repair mail box and replace when necessary. carry out flooring works, troubleshoot general problems, repair and replace general hardware, remove stains and paint building when necessary, attend to members of staff promptly when called upon.
Excellent, excellent job very resonable prices and guarantees all his work. I would recommend to anyone that needs anything mentiined above done in their property or company.
The best person to work with and the best Ive dealt with in homestead by far!!!!!! Will reccomend and keep eorking with for sure!!
