- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Papa's Home Improvements, the customer is always treated like a member of the family. You can be confident that we will provide you with honest upfront pricing, knowledge and experience with strong values and work ethic. Quotes are good for 20 days after issue date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial job request, I’ll contact you via thumbtack messenger. We can discuss the details and offer quotes through text, photos, calls an on site estimates. At the time of the service I am anxious to get right to work, demonstrating my style and ability. Each new job equals an opportunity for a long relationship of service that is of great value to our family and to yours.
