FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized to fit the unique scope and requirements of each project. We work with clients to develop a plan that aligns with their budget and timeline, ensuring we deliver high-quality results within their parameters. For larger or long-term projects, we offer options to streamline costs, and we’re transparent about any additional fees or materials needed to bring your vision to life. Whether it’s a full-service setup or a more consultative approach, our goal is to provide flexible pricing that meets your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a brief online form to help you outline your needs and goals before we connect. This initial step helps us understand your project’s scope and allows us to tailor our conversation to your specific vision. During our first call, we’ll dive deeper into your goals, design preferences, and any unique elements you’d like incorporated into the space. We’ll also discuss the level of involvement you prefer—whether you’d like hands-on guidance to set things up yourself, a collaborative approach where we work together, or a full-service option where our team handles everything for you. Once we’ve mapped out your vision, we develop a tailored plan that includes the design, layout, materials, and timeline. For vacation rentals or investment properties, we may also include staging recommendations, marketing insights, and features to maximize appeal and income. Throughout the project, we stay in close communication, offering regular updates and check-ins so you’re involved every step of the way. Our goal is to make the process seamless and deliver a space that truly reflects your vision and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my first job in 2002 at an architecture firm, I worked doing graphic design and production management for large residential developments. In later years, I worked on motor yachts 100' and up to study and maximize storage and function for small spaces, eventually designing and installing custom cabinetry in kitchens, bathrooms, and closets in residential homes. With all of my business done through referrals, I became the in-house stager for a local Real Estate company of 60 agents, with a record of getting homes sold within 2 days listed on the market, all sold over asking price.
