- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For self serve buffet we charge per guest not per plate. Our buffets are all you can eat. Food left over on the buffet lines is subject to Michigan Food Code. I will determine if if is safe to be taken home as left overs. We have individual pricing for Each course and can tailor a meal to most any budget. We have breakfast and lunch for as low as $10 per person and Dinner for as low as $15 per person. Depending on your selections minimum guest counts are required for discount pricing.
