Encore is very responsive. Answers all questions promptly. Provides services that other property management companies simply do not, such as quarterly inspections. Flat rate pricing is a plus!

So far the service provided by encore properties has been great! I really appreciate kelly being patient with me while I continued to research property management. In the end I choose Encore because of the persistence ( but not pushy at all). She followed up with me to see how my search was going and let me know she was available for questions if I had any. Once hired she immediately began working. She made a home visit, sat down with my husband and I, and went through what to expect from her company and rental services. Within two weeks max (no exaggeration) she had a tenant ready to sign a lease! She listened to my needs and wants and offered advice to help us with renting out our home. As Active Duty military, we greatly appreciate her time management and willingness to work with us with a short window. Thank you Encore property, and I will definitely recommend your services to any friends and family!

This review it well overdue. I waited several months after the contract was signed to see if the quality of service would change. And let me tell you Kelly and her team is unbelievable. I’ve been through several Management companies and by far this experience is the best. Kelly explains everything in advance no hidden fees, very prompt in response time, never pushy, she goes above and beyond to get the job done. I’m looking forward to the years to come. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing but very frequently we offer special rates and always take into consideration special circumstances that might require our flexibility in pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it is very important to be transparent. I don't portray Encore Properties to be a huge company. I am honest and up front with all of our clients. I want them to understand the process and exactly with we offer with our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the Staff at Encore Properties have their NC Real Estate License. Most had additional Management training.
