I came to this law firm through a friend’s referral. At the time, I was overseas, and my husband had unexpectedly filed a lawsuit against me. Everything happened so suddenly, and I felt completely unprepared. From the moment I contacted the firm, however, I received an immediate response.

David is great. He did an excellent job representing me in a challenging visitation dispute. He is focused and down-to-earth, which helped keep me grounded during a very stressful situation. Pricing family law matters is very difficult. Each matter is dependent on its unique fact patterns and legal approach. It would be unethical to quote a flat fee, simply to obtain a new client. We always inform our clients, after meeting them, regarding how much a particular case will cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client comes to us with a unique set of facts and requests. We will sit down with each client, and inform them of the best legal approach to use in order to obtain the relief they are seeking.
