- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you use a provider that is trained/certified in these types of repairs. Also make sure the company has good client feedback and offers a good warranty on all of their repairs. We offer 90 days on ours. Beware of people that do not have an actual location and want to meet you somewhere to do the repair. These are people that offer a super low price but typically use really cheap parts and offer no warranty.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish more people knew that my service exists. Most people do not realize that you can have your cell phone repaired and they just throw it away and buy a new one.
