I could only pick three things that I liked but everything was what I liked about The Neighborhood Plumber. Ben and his helpers arrived on time and kept me informed about the whole process. He worked with me to select the best option for my repair. They had to split it over two visits due to the amount of work to be done. He was clear all the time communicating when he would show up for the work. He was on time both visits, nearly impossible with Atlanta traffic. They left the site cleaner than when they arrived and everything is working great with no leaks. I'll definitely contact Ben again when I need more work done. My house is 50+ years old and the plumbing is mostly original... I know I'll be contacting The Neighborhood Plumber again. I refer to Ben a lot in this but everyone from TNP was fantastic. I'll be happy with whoever they send next time.

Very pleased with the work Russell did on our outdoor plumbing leak! It was a messy job and in a tight spot right up against the house and behind the shrubbery and right next to a brand new gutter. But he was undaunted and took care of it with a kind demeanor. I appreciated that he explained everything involved in the job so well. I’ll certainly call him again for other plumbing needs in the future.
