Much like everyone else reviewing Rambo Inception Services - I wish that I was able to choose all of the 5 options in terms of what I liked about working with this company. I needed a home inspection done right away and Beverly was able to book Jeff for me yesterday (11.21.2020) after reaching out to them just 2 days before. Don't get me wrong, they're busy and booked for the most part and I can see why. Jeff was punctual, very thorough, highly personable and I would recommend him to anyone needing this kind of service with people who can do it quick, but also who can educate you on the do's and don'ts. I have to say....the inspector that Rambo sent to my house was phenomenal. Jeff was a wealth of knowledge about everything--foundation, electric, roofing, gutters...the list could go on & on! My house is 120 years old & I'm new to home ownership. The knowledge & pointers Jeff shared could very well save me thousands of dollars & will definitely help me to protect & maintain the value & aesthetic of my home. He was thorough & I never felt like he was rushing through the inspection. Best $225 I ever spent!

I am a fisrt time buyer and I had Rambo doing my home inspection. Beverly was the person who did the inspection and she was just amazing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our team of licensed home inspectors cater to your needs and concerns when buying or selling a home. Every home inspectors will complete in depth inspection of the subject property from roof to the foundation and everything in between; whether you are buying or selling a home. In addition every inspection we do comes with a FREE digital home binder that will alert you on appliance recalls! We pride ourselves specializing in assisting first time home buyers and HUD/bank owned purchases. We are members of NACHI and ASHI organizations for home inspectors. We do have the ability to do a thermal imaging scan at no additional charge during the inspection if needed. The price quoted will be honored with no additional hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will need the property address, your email and a time frame you need the inspection done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been through extensive training and passed the Illinois Home Inspector exam to become licensed. We are constantly educating ourselves to make us more knowledgeable in every aspect.
