- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally $75 an hour charged in 15 min increments. But, it depends on the job. If it’s something like replacing hardware or reinstalling windows, it’s a flat fee. NOTE: parts are a separate charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to you and have you show me what's happening. Begin asking some preliminary questions and then dig into the problem. Once everything is fixed or setup, I make sure you are satisfied and don’t have additional questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in various technical roles for the last 15-20 years. 1. Help desk and desktop support for local and remote employee sites 2. Domain and application administration 3. Data analyst 4. Bachelor's in IT/MIS 5. A+ certification
