We don't want to overcharge! We don't want to undercharge! We want to be the best price for the best job!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet and greet new customers all the time and talk to them, do free inspections, explain everything, educate and come up with a plan that guarantees to work at a good price the customer is happy with!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this since 1992, I am licensed with the Georgia Department of Agriculture and I am insured, I am also Certified with the Georgia Department of Agriculture in Household Pest Control (HPC) and Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO), I also have my Commercial Trapping License with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, I'm also certified in AIB International Food Processing Sanitation/Hygiene. I am certified with Texas A & M University course on Termite Biology and Control. I also did the Purdue University Center for Urban Industrial Pest Management, Introduction to Urban and Industrial IPM certificate. I have a Bed Bug Certification. I have Frontline Customer Service Certification of Completion For Participation and successful completion in the Mastering the Art of Frontline Customer Service Program.
