- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It can be very difficult to assess the cost of a repair over the phone so we like to send someone out to run some tests first for all repair jobs, Our initial diagnostic fee is 90$ (140$ for stacked washers/dryers and 50$ for any additional appliances) and includes a full diagnostic report and estimate for repair. To make things fair for our clients we will completely waive the service call charge when you approve the repair work quoted by the technician.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with the diagnostic visit, at that time we can assess the scope of each repair, i.e. eta of parts if needed, return visit if needed, and if the repair is at all cost-effective or if it is better to replace the appliance (if parts are no longer available or if the repair is very expensive)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined decade of experience working on nearly all makes and models of appliances such as refrigerators and freezers, ovens and stoves, washing machines, and dryers. All of our technicians are EPA certified and licensed and insured. All of our technicians are certified to work on all major appliance brands.
