- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services with On Call Accountants are established as a budget-friendly monthly, or quarterly fee that includes all accounting services decided upon with owner. Unlimited communication with myself, and the firm, is always included at no extra charge. Our goal is to price for longevity, and we do not increase pricing from year-to-year. Pricing is based on services needed and are uniquely established for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet the owner to discuss the company and current accounting process to decide which services are needed. Communication is "key" to building a lasting relationship with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 18 years of accounting experience, and 40+ years of combined staff experience, On Call Accountants is knowledgable in all aspects of bookkeeping and business consulting for small to mid-sized businesses.
