First Up Cleaning Services strives to be as upfront as possible when providing services for your hard-earned money. We always try to leave room for negotiation with our customers within reason. Above all, the best customer will be a satisfied customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Up Cleaning services tries to give a new customer a discount (within reason), so they can personally witness and understand the professionalism and satisfaction that our services provide. We like to take the time to understand our customer's needs and expectations when looking at a cleaning project. We lastly like to confirm our arrangement so the customer feels confident and has no further questions before we begin a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First Up Cleaning Services is a member of notably recognized organizations, namely ARCSI (Association of Residential Cleaning Services International), IJCSA (International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association), IEHA (International Executive Housekeepers Association), and ISSA (The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association). The company also holds certifications from these organizations as well as Proctor & Gamble University. All of our team leaders are OSHA certified, thereby abiding by the current procedures for safety and health standards.
