I am visiting our daughter in Mississippi helping her get settled into a new to her home. I’ve been tackling a lot of things while she attends law school full time and works weekends. So, the house could use a little help in the cleaning area. I contacted Denise and she responded within 30 minutes. She showed up the next day with her assistant. Her quote was reasonable and when they left it looked spectacular. I was prepping some iron work for painting and she even gave me a tip and shared a synthetic 3M pad that was way superior to what I was using. The home smells great, floors are shining, and my daughter will be super pleased. Denise was super kind as was her assistant. I highly recommend.

My house was a mess. I’d had cleaners for years but I never felt like my house was really clean. I called Helping Hand Cleaning and spoke with Denise and told her what I wanted done. She assured me that she could handle the job. She’s been with me for several months now and my house has never been so clean. She has helped to organize my laundry room, kitchen and dining room. She is efficient and does exactly what she says she will. I highly recommend her services. She is well worth the money.

Absolutely hard working and took a cleaning job that others had turned down. It was a rental covered with grease and cig smoke over 10 years. Denise was trustworthy and has a great work ethic. By the time Denise was finished the place looked new and ready to turn into landlord. Her work is so appreciated.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $.10 per sqft. for general clean and $.11 to $.13 per sqft. for deep and move in/out cleans but will quote by the job if there is enough information
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our quotes are based on the information we read provided by the customer and because of that it is only an initial quote. I like to talk to the customer and ask questions that give me a better idea of what the job will entail. If at all possible its always best to see the location of the job to provide the most accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best kind hands on with the knowledge and wisdom of my elders.
