Contacted Jairo to replace my old shower with tile. I liked his quote and gave him the job. He came out the next week and started tear out. He told me the job would take about a week but it was two weeks. The work was good but when we had a problem with the door size and had to return one he hasn’t returned to finish the job. He was responsive to my text and calls while the project was going but now, nothing. He is a small business with 2 employees that I thought would need to get paid so I paid him everything except $300 which is close to standard for a door installation. Now it appears that I will have to hire someone else to finish the job. I would do it myself but it’s a very expensive door and I’ve never done a shower door before. Just being real here about the experience.

Every job is different depending on the materials you have and the design you want I base my price on that. I know am not the cheapest but also not the most expensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact me thru thumbtack, we set up a day and time to meet and go over the project and what they want done and their budget. I sent them the quote and if they hire me I let them know the day I can start and how long it will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience with tile and stone.
