- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gatherings services are specifically designed to meet the individual needs of each client. We have basic pricing, but we work very hard to meet your needs within your budget and vision for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gatherings (owner Janey Hicks) typically will have a phone conference or personal meeting with the perspective client to get a detailed profile of the specific needs of each event. After the info is gathered a quote can be given and our services booked if we can meet the clients needs. We use a very comprehensive process to plan down to the smallest detail, so that nothing is overlooked and your event is fabulous!
