- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices for APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE, which applies "Servirep Appliance Repair" are competitive and adjusted to the real possibilities of the customer, as well as adapted to the development of the market. Logically the company can not give an estimate for an Appliance Repair Service without first performing a technical diagnosis in the unit. Therefore, the customer will pay to start a "Service Fee" for the visit, witch is FREE with the repair. Service Fee rate depends on the type of appliance, because it is not the same to perform an appliance repair service for example: for a washing machine, a refrigerator, a dishwasher or a window air conditioner. This "Service Fee" (whose value will always be reasonable) applies as "DEDUCTIBLE" in the appliance repair service. That is, if the customer decides to repair, the service fee will be deducted for the final price. Then we can say: SERVICE FEE IS FREE WITH THE REPAIR!!! The company also has a VIP Program for customers who hire our appliance repair service for the Third time or refer the third person company, which consists of a discount from 10% OFF of the final price of the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The company makes appointments to perform the appliance repair service at the customer's house, with a time frame that we try to meet punctually. Once the technician be on the way the customer will always be notified about half an hour before... If for any inconvenience the technician needs more time, the technician will notify the client giving the possibility to the client to reschedule or wait a little more preferably. Once at customer's home the technician will verify that the characteristics of the unit offered by the client match the information we have and fill in a form that will be signed by the customer as an authorization to perform the Appliance Repair Service on the failed unit. The technician will check the appliance and inform the customer the cost of the repair and the procedure to follow in his case, avoiding unpleasant surprises to the client. If the customer accepts the price of the repair the Service Fee that he had to pay at the technician arrival will be discounted
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This company is a member of PSA "Professional Service Association" one of the most important organizations in United States Appliance Repair Service. Our technicians have certificate of courses and training offered by PSA to work in washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, stove, dryer, etc. On different brands such as but not only: Electrolux, GE, Frigidaire, Samsung, LG, Kenmore, Maytag, Amana, Roper , Bosch, etc. As well as window AC about installation, repair and maintenance.
