- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer certain discounts for exposure on social media websites. Please inquire to find out what is being offered at the moment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to contact the customer to set up a face to face meeting. After that, there would be a diagnosis of the existing issue. After diagnosing the issue I would explain the options available to the customer and provide a solid quote. We would then go from there to determine the next course of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ISET certified and had hands on training at Fred’s Appliance Academy before entering the field.
