We appreciate our Veteran's, Active Duty and First Responders and love and respect our Senior Citizens! We honor their contribution to our community and gladly offer a discount on our pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with customers however is most convenient; texting or online appointment setting through Thumbtack, or calling our office. O·E·L employees rotate answering calls 24 hours a day to ensure availability and prompt response to the needs of our customers!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Today's technicians have the difficult task in keeping up with all of the different Makes and Models, and ever-changing technology; including computerized controls, sensors, and electronics, wireless, even Bluetooth devices. Our EPA-certified, factory trained technicians are neat, courteous and service all makes and models of equipment. They are perhaps the most highly trained group of technicians in the industry. They can even show you how to save on repairs and offer advice on improvements or upgrades. Our technicians constantly upgrade their skills by attending seminars, schools, training classes, and they are NATE-certified. Consumers have good reason to trust in NATE-certified technicians. They are among the most knowledgeable and professional in the industry having passed rigorous testing supported by the entire HVAC industry and endorsed by the Department of Energy.
