Hannah Hartman is a distinguished professional athlete and master personal trainer with over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry. As the co-owner of The Base Fitness Gym, she integrates her extensive expertise in Muay Thai conditioning, powerlifting, and bodybuilding to create comprehensive training programs that not only achieve short-term results but also promote sustainable long-term progress.
Hannah possesses a profound understanding of body composition, lean muscle development, fat reduction, strength enhancement, and improved range of motion, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client. Her approach is holistic, ensuring that clients experience not only physical transformations but also enhanced mental and emotional resilience.
In addition to her training expertise, Hannah is a certified clinician with NeuX, where she provides innovative rehabilitation services. This groundbreaking treatment is designed for a diverse range of clientele, including athletes, individuals recovering from car accidents, those with disabilities, and clients experiencing sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, or eating disorders. By biohacking the central nervous system, Hannah facilitates optimal recovery, enabling her clients to function effectively in a parasympathetic state.
Beginning her competitive journey in 2015 within the IFBB Women’s Figure/Physique Division, Hannah earned her ISSA master trainer certification in 2016 and achieved her IFBB Pro Card at the 2017 USA Nationals. She is dedicated to empowering individuals, helping them to rebuild their self-confidence while sculpting their bodies to achieve personal goals. With a focus on overcoming mental, physical, and emotional barriers, Hannah inspires her clients to embrace the belief that success is possible.
