Ryan was excellent and understood the needs of me and my rescue dog, Silo. After our training, we acquired an excellent obedience foundation that gave me much more control over Silo inside the house and outside on walks. For someone who had no idea where to start, Ryan was helpful and patient. His willingness to visit us rather than us traveling to him was an enormous help as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see what the issue is in their current setting. Most times, it's not the dog that's the problem. I want to understand what you are doing so I can focus my effort on fixing it.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love dogs. I believe they are extremely smart and loyal. I don't believe in "bad dogs" and I have taken on the responsibility to eliminate the mindset of people regarding "vicious breeds".
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with pups from 3 months to 9 years old. I've worked with rescues and aggressive behaviors, dogs that can't walk on a leash, dog aggressive dogs, and more. I'm not afraid of a challenge, I welcome it and we have fun working through the solution together.
