- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates! After speaking with us on the phone, the majority of times, you can text a picture of what you need hauled off and we can give you an estimate over the phone. If that's not possible, we can come to your home and give you a proper estimate, with no obligation on your part. Our pricing starts as low as $25!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it simple for our clients. Give us a call, let us know what you need hauled away, we give you an estimate, and that's it. If you hire us to haul your junk/debris away, we set up a time to come over and we take it from there. Simple and easy, then you are clutter free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the sister company of Dog Gone Mold, so we have years of experience in customer service, debris and junk removal, moving furniture, and client satisfaction.
