- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our whole house mold inspections include the entire exterior and interior of the home, from the basement on up to the attic. A mold inspection is $150 for homes under 3,000 square feet and $200 for homes above 3,000 square feet. If mold treatment is necessary, we give a full report with photos and bid to our clients and if they choose to go with us, the $150 for the inspection is applied towards treatment. If the home is not in need of mold treatment, we give our clients a mold screening report stating that they have had an inspection and no treatment is necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the issues our client seems to be having and decide whether a mold inspection is needed or just a free quote on an already identified mold situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a MICRO certified Mold Inspector as well as a MICRO certified Mold Remediation Contractor.
