Service was great! Very kind, considerate and professional. I was shocked at the price but not a reflection of Shaw. Everything is expensive these days. I plan to bring them back for future jobs as we continue the renovation of our home :)

George called before arriving, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to make sure we understood. He had the necessary parts and supplies to effect immediate repair, and the price was reasonable.

Hank installed a new kitchen faucet. He rearranged his schedule to meet our needs. He is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I also received bids for future work in bathrooms and the water heater. I definitely recommend Shaw Plumbing.
