Robin is a life saver! Our little man Gus had some behavioral issues to say the least! Robin was amazing from day one. She not only taught Gus to be comfortable in his own skin but gave my husband and I the confidence to handle him in any situation. She was so patient with Gus and he has become such a good boy. So grateful to have met such amazing trainer. We are forever grateful.

Robin is AMAZING. The knowledge she has about dogs and training them is unbelievable. Her patience, even with my 2 very snarky, and potentially aggressive dogs was awesome. I learned an unbelievable amount of things to do with my dogs. I am very grateful that with my situation, she didn't run for the hills. The overall assessment, daily protocol,and unique strategies from my orientation session - 4 days ago are creating a more balanced / complete GSD and Pack Leader in my home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with budgets depending on each dog and I offer a variety of services after a free phone consult to make each client comfortable and confident. Rehab and behavior shaping is one 4 hour session with follow ups via a tailor made protocol that the client follows. If the client needs to be less frequent, I will work with them the best I can. Follow up sessions are 100/hr depending on the distance traveled etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a free phone consult to understand the situation in full and then I send a questionnaire, free of charge for everyone in the house to complete and review it for behavior issue dogs to begin to build a protocol. Then come and complete the 4hr session to meet/observe the dog(s), fully understand the situation at hand and teach the protocol for how we can solve the problems whether it be biting, fighting, reactivity or rudeness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an IACP Professional Member and certified KMODT in Beginner Novice, Novice, Open, and I am an Integrative Behaviorist studying at the Canine-Human Relationship Institute in Texas.
