- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I meet with my clients to determine which pricing system works best for them. I offer hourly and flat rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I meet with clients (via phone or in-person) to discuss their unique needs. Usually, I have clients send me a sample of their work. Once we agree to work together, we sign a basic agreement and began our journey together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Communications and MS in Organizational Leadership. I have been written professionally for fifteen years.
