  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Step one is listening to what is needed. Often our customers have very little technical background, so we work to explain the solutions to their technical needs in as direct and clear a manner as possible. After we discuss their needs, we send them a check list of basic action items so we can be absolutely clear what will be done before we begin work. And of course, we clearly communicate time frames for completion and pricing for the work they need done before we begin work.
