- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing and with the use of public information as well that shows customers how much parts cost, so that they never have to over pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and transparency is a critical part of our business. We use technology to our advantage to give customers arrival and completion status. We also have a 90-Minute guarantee program on all scheduled visits. We are there on time or your trip fee is free. “Emergency calls – not included”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and licensed technicians, owners have 20 years of experience in the industry and newer techs have over 1000 hours of on the job training.
